All Christmas trees will be picked up by Groot the 1st week in January.
After the 1st week in January, if a resident is on the ‘limited program’, they need a groot sticker to have their tree picked up. If you are not on the ‘limited program’, you get one bulk items per week and the tree can count as that one item
