Ela Township is plowing Village roads. Remember Don’t Crowd the Plow!
When plow trucks are out, remember to stay back at least 50 feet or two to three car lengths, due to road conditions and so the plow operators can see your vehicles.
Mailboxes hit by a plow will be replaced with a sandard mailbox and wooden post. Snow plowing is a vital service. For everyone's safety, please do not interfere with snow removal by parking on streets, following too closely, passing unsafely or blocking intersections.
Concerns/complaints regarding snow removal or damage caused by snow removal should be submitted to the Village office. Forms are available online here.
