Based upon positive results of West Niles Virus Testing occurring from Mosquito Collections in Cuba Marsh along with the ongoing above average temperatures, the Village will be partaking in an adult mosquito control application this evening after dusk, Friday, September 17th weather permitting. According to the CDC, spraying is safe. If you prefer to stay inside and close windows and doors when spraying takes place you can, but it is not necessary. The spray does not harm pets, but you may choose to bring them inside when spraying occurs.
